Microscopy Symposium 2 November 2017

Joint PSM/Princeton University  Symposium on Advances in Microscopy

Please see the Events Registration page to Register for the Symposium.

The Philadelphia Society for Microscopy will hold a joint all-day symposium on microscopy with the Princeton University at Princeton NJ.  Three talks will be given in the morning and afternoon followed by tours of three of Princeton’s facilities for imaging:

Confocal Imaging Facility

Proteomics & Mass Spectrometry Core

Imaging and Analysis Center (Electron Microscopy)

Registration will begin at 8:00 am with the talks beginning at 9:15 am.  Representatives of many microscopy related manufacturers will be on-hand to discuss latest developments in microscopes and accessories.

We are asking $25.00 registration fee to cover the symposium costs.  This fee also includes PSM membership for 2017.

We will have a light breakfast and refreshments at breaks in the morning and afternoon.  We will also have lunch available (more details will be supplied after registration).  There is no additional cost for refreshments and lunch for registrants.  You can register at the site, but we will have only a limited number of lunches available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Full time students can register for the reduced cost of $10.oo.  We have space for approximately 25 student posters.  Students who present posters can attend the symposium at no cost.  Please feel free to contact us using the Contact page with further questions about posters.

The meeting will be held in the Lewis Library located at One Washington Road
Princeton, NJ 08544-2098 USA.  See the Events Registration form for a map.

We recommend parking (free) at Lot 21 which is a reasonable walk to Lewis Library.  Mention that you are attending the Philadelphia Society for Microscopy Symposium.
